Gye-Hae day pillar

Yin Water over the Pig계해일주 · BaZi: Gui Hai

The great ocean. The last pillar of the sixty: wise, intuitive, flexible and all-embracing.

The picture

Gye-Hae is water on water, the end of the cycle. Everything flows into it. This pillar is perceptive, adaptable and deep, with a wide sympathy and a private centre. Hidden in the Pig is the wood that begins the next cycle, so Gye-Hae also carries a seed. It can drift. It is a twin pillar, stem and branch the same element, and the larger water in the Pig is both its ally and its rival: Gye-Hae is strongest among people like itself and has to work to stay distinct from them.
