The picture
Im-Ja is water on water at the bottom of the year. The Rat is Yang Water’s Yang Blade, the point of maximum strength. This pillar is intelligent, strong-willed and hard to read, with a pull that people feel. It goes where it means to go. Too much of it floods. It is also a twin pillar, stem and branch the same element, and it carries the Red Peach Blossom: the pull people feel is part of the pillar. Im-Ja does not explain itself.
What the pillar is made of
| Part | In Im-Ja |
|---|---|
| Day Master | 壬 Im, Yang Water |
| Day branch | 子 Ja, the Rat |
| Hidden stems | 癸 Gye: Rob Wealth |
| Life stage | Peak 帝旺 |
| Void branches | 寅 In (Tiger), 卯 Myo (Rabbit) |
| Stars it carries | Ganyeojidong, Yang Blade, Red Peach Blossom |
The Day Master sits on its own element in the other polarity, the strongest root there is. It gives great self-confidence and a competitive edge. Tradition advises care with shared money and with pride inside a marriage.
These are the facts every Im-Ja chart shares, whatever the other three pillars hold. They are taken from the same engine that calculates your chart.
